*For purchasing tickets at NGO/student rate, it is required to use the respective organisation/school email for registration. Tickets at LMIC residents rate are exclusively available to individuals who are residents of countries classified as either “Low income” or “Middle income” according to the World Bank’s 2025 classification. For purchasing tickets at LMIC residents rate, it is required to accurately state the country of residence during registration.

The Organiser reserves the right to verify the country of residence of any participant if needed.In the event of a technical error during the registration process, a copy of proof must be emailed to the Organiser at conference@mind.org.hk.
