Steph is currently a masters student in the Clinical Psychology program at Teachers College, Columbia University. Her research is dedicated to better understanding of the manifestations of disordered eating and eating disorders in Chinese contexts. As an outspoken advocate for eating disorder awareness, she has shared her own mental health story and research findings on various news outlets, including BBC and NowTV, and is the founder of Body Banter (www.bodybanter.com), an initiative that aims to provide accessible and empowering opportunities for young people to engage in open conversations about body image and mental health.
