Vivian Kan is a Corporate Wellness Coach & 500RYT-qualified yoga instructor. She focuses on Sleep, Stress, Mindfulness and Mental Health programs to improve workplace wellbeing. Formerly in finance and FinTech, Viv now helps employees perform at their highest potential and prevent burnout. She has obtained certifications in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Mindfulness Life Coaching, and Mental Health First Aid.
