Dr. Melissa Ortega Giglio is currently the School Psychologist at Hong Kong International School and also is the Director of the Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) Program and the Selective Mutism Service at Central Health Partners Child Development Team. She received a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology at Rutgers University, The State University of New Jersey. She is a cognitive behavioural therapist who specializes in treating attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), oppositional defiant disorder (ODD), autism spectrum disorders (ASD) and anxiety disorders, including selective mutism, social anxiety disorder, and obsessive-compulsive disorder. Dr. Giglio conducts a full range of psychological assessments, individual and group intensive therapy.
