Dr Jeffy C. Y. Ho is an HCPC (UK)‑ and HKICP‑registered Clinical Psychologist and Lead Clinical Advisor at MindHK, where he leads the iACT stepped‑care programme. He also practices at Central Health, Hong Kong. Trained at UCL (MSc, DClinPsy), he previously worked in the UK NHS at the Tavistock & Portman (Team Around the Practice; medically unexplained symptoms and personality difficulties) and Camden & Islington Rehabilitation & Recovery (bipolar disorder, psychosis), following five years in IAPT primary care.

Clinically, Jeffy integrates psychoanalytic thinking with CBT and ACT to treat complex psychiatric conditions, emotional and relational difficulties. He works in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, both in person and online, and looks beyond diagnosis to underlying psychological processes that support recovery, growth, and wellbeing.

His current remit includes stepped‑care service design, scalable supervision and governance, and the clinical use of outcome measures. His research interests include child development, mentalisation, and psychotherapy process and outcomes. Based in Hong Kong, he is committed to building equitable, data‑informed mental‑health systems across Asia.
