Dicky Chow is the Head of Healthcare and Social Innovation at Our Hong Kong Foundation (OHKF). He has had extensive experience in policy analysis and implementation in the Hong Kong government’s civil service and regional think tanks and has published reports and articles on the use of technology in health systems, health financing, mental health and Chinese medicine.
Dicky was invited to present research findings at various local and international conferences. At the GBA Mental Health Conference, he shared strategies for reorienting Hong Kong’s mental health support system towards primary care and enhancing the integration of diverse mental health services. He was also invited to speak at the Global Conference on Ageing, discussing opportunities for developing Hong Kong’s gerontech ecosystem to address the challenges associated with population ageing. Dicky is currently overseeing projects aimed at promoting healthy ageing, exploring strategies to develop primary healthcare, and assessing social impact for various programmes in Hong Kong.
Dicky received a Bachelor’s degree in Law and Business Administration from the University of Hong Kong (HKU) and a Master’s degree in Psychology from the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK).
