Dr Hannah Reidy is a UK-qualified Chartered Clinical Psychologist with over fifteen years of experience working in the NHS, private practice and NGOs in the UK and Hong Kong. She specialises in supporting adolescents and adults through life transitions, whether moving into higher education, navigating career and relationship changes, or adapting to parenthood. She has extensive experience with more complex mental health presentations, including trauma and psychosis.
Trained at Oxford and UCL, Hannah draws on a range of therapeutic approache,s including CBT, ACT, DBT, Schema Therapy, and Compassion-Focused Therapy, tailoring her work to each individual. Alongside her clinical practice, she is an established charity leader: she founded and led Mind HK as its first CEO and now serves as CEO of Winchester Youth Counselling, a charity providing free counselling and outdoor therapies to young people in Hampshire.
Hannah is passionate about the protective role of human connection and social capital during times of change, an expertise that closely aligns with the themes of grief, loss, and resilience.
