Hilleke is Managing Director of City Mental Health Alliance Hong Kong (CMHA HK) a non-profit organisation working with member organisations and supporting the broader Hong Kong business community, to develop more mentally healthy workplaces to enhance employee wellbeing. CMHA HK evidence-based resources and workplace-orientated training sessions address the mental health challenges facing Hong Kong employees and foster skills development for Managers and Leaders to enhance psychological safety in the workplace.

Hilleke joined CMHA HK in 2020 with more than 15 years experience in health program management and evaluation in government and not-for-profit agencies in Australia. She trained as a nurse, holds a Master of Economics and has lived in Hong Kong since 2010.
