My PhD research focused on fetal and infant developmental neuroimaging, investigating how common congenital disorders alter early brain maturation, and how these deviations in neurodevelopmental trajectories influence long-term outcomes. Building on this foundation, my current postdoctoral work examines how maternal mental health shapes brain developmental trajectories from early to late childhood and their associations with behavioral outcomes. This work is conducted during my postdoctoral fellowship in the Department of Health Technology and Informatics at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, under the supervision of Prof. Anqi Qiu. My project is deeply informed by my multidisciplinary training, including an MD–PhD in Neuroscience from the University of Zurich & ETH Zurich, an M.S. in Radiology from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and a B.Med. from the University of South China.
