Abstract Submissions


The abstract submission is now closed. We appreciate all submissions and the support received for our conference!

Call for Abstracts: We invite submissions of poster abstracts that highlight:

1) Research, projects or initiatives related to knowledge translation in mental health (i.e. bridging the gap between research and practice)

2) Evidence-based or emerging practical interventions for improving mental health outcomes at the community level

3) Case studies, best practices or success stories demonstrating the impact of community-based mental health programmes

4) Collaborative approaches to addressing mental health challenges with a focus on engaging diverse populations or addressing equity in mental health care

A unique opportunity to showcase your work, share insights and engage with a diverse audience.

 

Submission guidelines

Abstract length: 250-300 words
Language: English
Deadline for submission: 27 April, 2025 (11:59 PM HKT)
*We recommend all international applicants to apply soon. To allow as much time as possible to plan your travels, the applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis
**Further guidelines will be provided upon receipt of the acceptance notice via email by the end of May 2025
Topics of interest: 1) Perinatal / parental mental health
2) Grief
3) Managing/coping with loss
4) Supporting mental health during life transitions
5) End-of-life Care
6) Caring for others (i.e. caring for chronically ill loved ones)
*Abstracts must align with at least one of the key conference themes and have a connection to mental health
Submission format: The abstract submission is now closed.
Review process: Submission will be reviewed by the conference committee based on relevance, originality and impact

Please note that only authors who have completed registration and can physically attend the conference will be considered for abstract acceptance.
