Dr Lam Chi Wai Ronald is a seasoned clinical psychologist with over a decade of experience. He currently works at the Integrated Community Centre for Mental Wellness, Tung Wah Group of Hospitals, serving adults with mental challenges and their family members.

Dr Lam completed his doctoral training in clinical neuropsychology at the Department of Veterans Affairs in the United States and specialises in treating anxiety and complex trauma. He is dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with mental disturbances and their family members.

In addition to his clinical work, Dr Lam is committed to advancing the field of psychology through research. His research interests include anxiety and depression, trauma, rejection sensitivity, help-seeking intentions, and the caregiver burden of carers for persons with mental challenges. He is currently collaborating with the Hong Kong University on a research project examining the unmet needs and caring experiences of carers for persons in mental recovery in Hong Kong.
