This is Dr Hin Yan, SIK

Bhikkshuni Hin Yan SIK was ordained in Hong Kong as a Buddhist nun in 1996. Prior to her Ordination she was trained in the UK as a health psychologist, and she has a Ph.D. in Behavioural Sciences from the then Department of Community Medicine, Faculty of Medicine, HKU. She now works as a Buddhist chaplain, serving mostly cancer patients and their family, and has been very much involved in the training and accreditation of Professional Buddhist Counsellors and bedside visitation volunteers. She also teaches courses in Buddhist Counselling and Pastoral Care to post-graduate students in the Centre of Buddhist Studies, University of Hong Kong, and gives talks on topics in Buddhism to the lay public regularly.
