Elaine is a passionate and seasoned HR leader with 30 years of experience in the field. She currently serves as the Executive Director of Sino Group, a property developer in Hong Kong which also provides professional property management services and runs Sino Group Hotels in Hong Kong, as well as the luxurious Fullerton Hotels in Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia. Elaine also serves various NGOs as a board member and advisor.
